Sig + Meg • Rainy Pacific Northwest Session • Rattlesnake Lake, Washington

Cloudy, cold, & raining… What else could we expect from our first session in the Pacific Northwest? What a dream to shoot amongst foggy, pine-covered mountains and choppy waters. The conditions only added to this magical afternoon on the shores of Rattlesnake Lake with Sig & Meg as we darted out into the rain and back to the cars multiple times to keep from totally soaking to the bone.

I knew Sig & Meg would come dressed to perfection, but WOW - they blew me away with their style! Think vintage denim meets a touch of rock n’ roll leather.

Most importantly, we were reminded that poor weather doesn’t have to make or break your photo session. Letting go of control and embracing whatever you’re faced with can truly make the day even better. Especially, pardon the cheesiness, with the one you love beside you.
